EQUIPMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF CONTAINERS AND ASSOCIATION OF USER DATA
This is one of the key factors in all Altares projects. It is necessary to guarantee a correct distribution of the containers and the relative association of the user data in order to obtain a real and reliable database.
This is the starting point to allow the Altares system to give the maximum obtainable benefits.
TAG DISTRIBUTION SERVICE
The TAG distribution service is offered both in case of the introduction of new collection models or new agreements, and in case of already existing collection services that opt for a technical improvement.
Each TAG is programmed with a unique code, according to the project. This code can contain information on the operator, municipality, waste fraction collected, capacity of the containers, etc.
During the distribution of the containers, user data is verified and validated. Each container equipped with a TAG has two labels printed with the same TAG code. When providing the container, the two labels are applied on the pre-printed form with the user’s records, making it ready for further computerization of data.
DATA MATCHING AND DATABASE GENERATION
Starting from the forms used for the distribution of the containers and with an application specifically developed for the data association, we generate the database that matches the codes of the TAG distributed to the data of the user.
The labels are read with a barcode reader that avoids errors during the data association process. Reading can be done using a smartphone application or with a 1D/2D scanner and a PC. The result of the matching process is the working database for following management and analysis.
